Summer 2006
Weber, Fromm to Address IHR Meeting in Arlington, July 8.

In a replay of the propaganda campaign prior to the US invasion of Iraq, the Bush administration and its Israel-first backers are once again pushing for war – this time against Iran.

Once again we’re told that a country that Zionists regard as a danger to Israel is a grave and imminent threat to world peace.

This campaign for war is much more than arrogant posturing by an inept and irresponsible administration – it’s an expression of a failing system in crisis and denial.

At a special IHR meeting in northern Virginia, Mark Weber will put the Iran showdown in perspective, and explain what it means for our future.

The IHR director will speak on “Familiar Lies for a New War: A System in Crisis.”

Paul Fromm, director of the Canadian Association for Free Expression will also speak. He’ll report from the front lines in the global fight for free speech, with an update on the headline-making trial in Germany of Ernst Zundel, and the imprisonment of historian David Irving in Austria.

Join us Saturday evening, July 8, 2006, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held at a convenient venue in Arlington, Virginia. For security reasons, the precise location is not being made public. Details are being mailed to select persons in the greater DC area, and are available from the office to known friends of the IHR.

Admission: $10 per person, at the door.
