David Irving, Mark Weber to Address California Meeting
At a special October 2 meeting in southern California, British historian David Irving and IHR Director Mark Weber will provide riveting, undeceived perspective on the past and present. The meeting is being organized by the Institute for Historical Review in conjunction with Focal Point Publications.
Irving will speak on: "The September 11 Attacks: A Historian's Skeptical Look at the Official Commission Report." He will also look back at the 1945 horrific firebombing of Dresden, in light of the still raging controversy over the scale of that atrocity.
Weber will speak on: "Iraq: A War for Israel?" In addition, he'll take a look at the future of revisionism.
Join us Saturday evening, October 2, 2004, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
This meeting will be held at a hotel in Orange County, California. For security reasons, the precise location is not being made public. Details are being mailed to select persons in southern California, and are available by telephone to known friends of the IHR.
Admission: $12 per person, at the door.
Before the meeting, and afterwards, the evening will be open for lively discussion, renewing old friendships, and making new ones. The hotel features a convenient restaurant and bar. This will also be a great opportunity to browse our selection of books and tapes.
Irving will be glad to autograph your personal copies of his books. Among the titles available will be his Hitler's War and Churchill's War, vols. 1 and 2. (Autographed books make ideal Christmas gifts!)
Please dress appropriately. (No T-shirts.)
Join us for a memorable evening of intellectual fireworks, fellowship, and stimulating conversation. Bring a friend!
